摘要 

研究灌胃灵芝(Ganoderma lingzhi)三萜白蛋白纳米体TbSAN(每次运动训练前2 h按300 mg/kg的剂量灌胃)与运动(每周进行4次训练,每次训练游泳45 min)结合对小鼠体重、肥胖小鼠骨骼肌中游离脂肪酸(FFA)和肉毒碱棕榈酰转移酶-1(CPT-1)含量及脂肪酸转移酶CD36(FAT/CD36)蛋白表达量的影响.结果表明:实验28 d后,Ⅱ组(运动)、Ⅲ组(灌胃灵芝三萜白蛋白纳米体)体重显著低于Ⅰ组(肥胖模型),Ⅳ组(灌胃灵芝三萜白蛋白纳米体结合运动)体重极显著低于Ⅰ组;Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的骨骼肌FFA含量极显著低于Ⅰ组;Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的骨骼肌中CPT-1含量和FAT/CD36蛋白表达量均显著低于Ⅰ组,而Ⅳ组极显著低于Ⅰ组.

Abstract

Effects of Ganoderma lingzhi triterpenoids-bovine serum albumin nanoparticles (TbSAN, at a dose of 300 mg/kg two hours before exercise) combined with exercise (4 training sessions per week, swimming for 45 min per session) on the mouse weight, levels of free fatty acid (FFA) and carnitine palmitoyltransferase-1 (CPT-1), and the expression levels of fatty acid transferase CD36 (FAT/CD36) protein in skeletal muscle were determined.After treatment for 28 d, the body weight in group Ⅱ (exercise) and group Ⅲ (intragastric administration with TbSAN) was lower than that of group I (obese model).The body weight in group Ⅳ (combination of intragastric administration with TbSAN and exercise) was significantly lower than that of group Ⅰ (at 0.01 level).The levels of FFA in group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ were significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ (at 0.01 level).The levels of CPT-1 and FAT/CD26 protein expression of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were significantly lower than those of group Ⅰ (at 0.01 level), while group Ⅳ was extremely significantly lower than group Ⅰ.
